Retirement Plan members who took distribution(s) of any type (i.e. payment, withdrawal, required minimum distribution, rollover, conversion) from their FCMM account in 2023 will receive a Form 1099R by mail in February 2024. This form will be needed for filing annual tax returns.
The form may also be downloaded by mid-February as a PDF document via your online account access. To do so, follow the same procedure as accessing your quarterly statement but select "Form 1099R" as the document type. If needed, view Steps to Access Statements for detailed steps.
