The FCMM Benefit Plan provides affordable Long Term Disability (LTD) group coverage to the pastors and support staff serving with participating employers. This coverage is intended to ensure the continuation of a portion of an employee’s salary should a disability occur. The LTD coverage requires either $10,000 or $50,000 in Group Term Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance to be elected with the LTD coverage.
